The first Buyers’ Guide to Digital Analytics Software was published today by TrustRadius, an independent review site for business software.
This is the first time a free guide has been published on digital analytics products. The guide surveys major vendors in the market and evaluates the strengths of each product. 230 in-depth reviews from professional marketers and analytics experts informed the recommendations and content. TrustRadius have ranked products based on user ratings and adoption within each market segment – small businesses, mid-and enterprise-size companies.
GoSquared is rated a Strong Performer in the TrustRadius Digital Analytics TrustMap in our target market segments: mid-size companies and small businesses.
GoSquared is also ranked a Strong Performer in the TrustRadius Digital Analytics TrustMap for Small Businesses:
We’re delighted that TrustRadius are publishing a report that addresses the very different needs of different sizes of companies. As spending on analytics and CRO tools is projected to increase and companies need a variety of tools to be successful, we welcome that this in depth evaluation is taking place —and wholly from the perspective of actual users of the software.
GoSquared is praised for its focus on “ease of use and real-time capabilities”. We see GoSquared as an analytics tool that gets more valuable information to more people in any organisation.
We’re now seeing a turning point in how software buying decisions are made.
James Gill, CEO of GoSquared, commented on the release of the first buyers guide for digital analytics:
“I’m delighted GoSquared has been recognised by TrustRadius and their community.
“We’re now seeing a turning point in how software buying decisions are made. Social proof from peers, whether that’s a recommendation on social media, a customer referral or something like a TrustRadius review, are playing an increasingly major role in how companies choose software.
“Marketers need a variety of analytics tools to meet their needs and TrustRadius’ efforts to bring transparency to this process are much needed.”
Bertrand Hazard, VP Marketing at TrustRadius, said:
“Software buyers are increasingly looking for validation from their peers.
“They also want to identify the best fit solutions based on their company size. A small business has radically different requirements than those of a billion-dollar enterprise.
“With this first Buyer’s Guide, we are excited to provide a fresh perspective on the Digital Analytics market, directly from the perspectives of end-users and a pragmatic approach to identify the best fit solutions based on market segment user satisfaction and adoption.”
